I've outlined the process of having a memorial created below, but if you're left with any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to me here.

Memorials beads require very little ash. Less than 1/8 teaspoon is all that is needed, and any ash that isn't used in creating your memorial will be carefully repackaged and returned to you with your completed piece.

Begin by viewing the colours available here. Once you've chosen the style you would like to have made you can place the order securely online. If you would like a hand placing your order please reach out to me.

Once your order is received we can arrange a time for you to drop off the ash in person. If you aren't comfortable handeling the ash, I can gather what is needed for your order myself, and return any unusead ash to the urn / vessel once your order is complete.

If you can't make it in person, I will send you instructions on how to package and mail the ash required to complete your memorial. When the ash arrives I will reach out and confirm the details of your order before proceeding.

* If you're placing an order from the United States I recommend that you contact the USPS, or visit your local post office to ensure your packaging is compliant with their policies. Please be aware that I require a certificate of cremation in order to return any remaining ash to the United States. Orders being shipped within Canadian don't require any documentation.

Once your order is complete it will be carefully packaged and and prepared for either pickup or shipping.

All memorials are shipped by Canada Post, and will require a signature. I will forward all the tracking details on to you. Orders being shipped to the United States are sent by Canada Post / USPS.

Turnaround times are typically 1-2 weeks once I receive the ash. I will let you know if I expect it to take any longer that this to complete your order. That being said, if you require your memorial by a specific date please let me know and I will do whatever I can to accommodate your request.
